As well as gaining qualifications in early years care and education, the staff take part in further training to help them to keep up to date with current thinking about early years care and education.

All staff hold first aid qualifications, which are renewed every 3 years. All staff receive child protection and safeguarding training.

All staff have Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) approval.
