Our Early Years Team

Our team is made up of experienced, caring early years practitioners who are committed to giving children the very best start.

Alongside their qualifications in early years care and education, staff take part in regular professional development so that their knowledge and practice continue to reflect current thinking in early childhood education.

Every member of staff is trained in paediatric first aid, with qualifications renewed every three years, and all staff receive regular safeguarding and child protection training.

All members of the team also hold an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Above all, we want children to be cared for by adults who know them well, understand them as individuals and create the warm, secure relationships in which young children thrive.
